Shipping and Lead Time

  • The delivery fee is R100 for South Africa and will be delivered by courier to a physical address. 
  • Delivery to other countries is possible, but please contact us directly to discuss your requirements.
  • Subject to availability and receipt of payment, orders will be processed within 3 to 7 business days and delivery confirmed by way of an email.
  • The products on this website are available to South African clients only. We can supply to other countries, but please contact us directly to discuss your requirements.
  • Delivery of your order will be made in 3 to 7 business days from the date that your order confirmation is sent to you.
  • Items not in stock will need to be manufactured and may take longer to be delivered. 
  • Ou Skaapse Slippers uses a door to door courier service to ensure fast, convenient and direct delivery anywhere in South Africa.
  • Our courier service offers delivery from Monday - Friday 08:00 - 17:00.  

Warranty

We take great pride in the quality of the leather and skins that are used as well as the quality of craftmanship. Each pair of slippers is handmade and unique. If there are any manufacturing faults with the slippers, these will be repaired and if they cannot be repaired then they will be replaced.

We offer a one year guarantee on the leather integrity and stitching, and a three month guarantee on the soling from date of purchase. 

Please note that damaged or flawed slippers as a result of wear and tear or incorrect washing of the slippers (or being chewed by the dog!) will not be considered for repair or replacement. 

Natural Imperfections

As with most natural materials, sheepskin and leather by its very nature is organic and contains variances and imperfections in texture, colour, appearance and density of fur. These are not flaws or faults and do not form the basis for a return but rather serve to enhance the unique look and add to the character of your Ou Skaapse slippers.

Returns and Exchanges 

If you are not satisfied with your purchase or would like to change the size, full slippers can be exchanged or returned, but only if they have not been worn.

Please note: We do not accept returns or exchanges for children’s sizes (kids sizes 3-13) or any slip-on slippers as these products are made to order and are not stock items.
